Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. T1 Energy is looking to hire a Director, Quality Assurance for our G1 Dallas facility. You will build, lead and scale a world class quality organization that supports operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth. You will own the Quality Management System (QMS), suppliers and customer quality, product reliability and continuous improvement across the full manufacturing lifecycle. This is a hands-on leadership role inside a high-output manufacturing environment. The expectation is clear: prevent defects, reduce risk, and build systems that scale.
