Recruiting Specialist Dallas, TX, Dallas, Texas, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a high-energy, results-driven High-Volume Full Cycle Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for large-scale hiring initiatives. This role is responsible for filling a high number of requisitions across entry-level, hourly, or salary roles while maintaining speed, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at pipeline management, and can balance efficiency with strong relationship-building skills. What You'll Do Workforce Planning & Intake: • Partner with hiring managers to forecast high-volume hiring needs • Conduct intake meetings to clarify role requirements and timelines • Develop scalable recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals High-Volume Sourcing & Pipeline Development: • Source candidates through job boards, community outreach, referrals, job fairs, and social platforms • Manage large applicant pools and build continuous pipelines • Utilize automated sourcing tools and mass outreach strategies • Host virtual or in-person hiring
