Recruiting Specialist Dallas, TX, Dallas, Texas, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a high-energy, results-driven High-Volume Full Cycle Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for large-scale hiring initiatives. This role is responsible for filling a high number of requisitions across entry-level, hourly, or salary roles while maintaining speed, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at pipeline management, and can balance efficiency with strong relationship-building skills. What You'll Do Workforce Planning & Intake: • Partner with hiring managers to forecast high-volume hiring needs • Conduct intake meetings to clarify role requirements and timelines • Develop scalable recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals High-Volume Sourcing & Pipeline Development: • Source candidates through job boards, community outreach, referrals, job fairs, and social platforms • Manage large applicant pools and build continuous pipelines • Utilize automated sourcing tools and mass outreach strategies • Host virtual or in-person hiring
