Night shift teams deserve the same HR support as everyone else - and that's exactly what this role is about. As our Night Shift HR Generalist, you'll be the primary HR resource for our overnight operation, handling everything from employee relations and policy guidance to investigations and workforce support. You'll be a trusted partner for both front-line employees and supervisors when it matters most.
