This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with global sourcing or recruiting experience who excels at identifying high-caliber talent within the US market, particularly in the Bay Area. In this position, you will partner closely with the US recruiting team to source, phone screen, and recommend top candidates to hiring managers. LinkedIn Recruiter will be your primary sourcing tool. The preferred working hours are aligned with US stakeholders, starting at 7:00 a.m., though a start time of 8:00~9:00 a.m. can also be accommodated. 1.
