Your Impact We are seeking a results oriented Senior Talent Advisor to lead cross-functional recruitment efforts across our Korea business, spanning Sales, Customer Experience, and Corporate Functions. You'll deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring leaders, using creativity, data, and market insight to get results. You will support end-to-end recruiting activities and apply knowledge of the Korean talent market to support hiring needs. Using market information and shared hiring practices, you will contribute to a fair and inclusive candidate experience and maintain ongoing talent pipelines through local networking. What You'll Do Recruitment Delivery: Handle full-cycle recruitment for Sales, CX, and CF roles, supporting a consistent and positive experience for candidates and hiring leaders. Hiring Partnership: Work with hiring managers to share market information, discuss talent availability, and align on interview approaches. Talent Engagement: Identify and connect with potential candidates through networking, referrals, and sourcing tools, with a focus on building ongoing relationships.
