Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Department, reporting to the Director of Corporate Legal. As a key member of our corporate legal team, you will play a critical role in securities compliance, corporate governance, strategic transactions, and general corporate matters. This role requires close collaboration with Finance, Investor Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, and external counsel to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Advise on securities law, SEC reporting, and compliance matters. Provide corporate governance support, including preparing board and committee materials. Lead the preparation of the company's proxy statement and oversee shareholder meeting-related matters.
