Job Summary: Supermicro team is seeking a IT Network Engineer to support daily operations of high-performance networking infrastructure within AI lab and data center environments. This role focuses on rack-level deployment, cabling, switch configuration support, and troubleshooting connectivity for GPU clusters and storage systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Rack & stack network switches (10G/25G/100G/200G/400G Ethernet) Install and label fiber (QSFP, OSFP, DAC/AOC) Configure switch ports (VLAN, trunk, access mode) Support spine-leaf network deployments Troubleshoot Layer 1-Layer 3 connectivity issues Perform link validation (iperf, ping, basic throughput testing) Support MLAG / LACP configuration under guidance Replace failed optics, cables, or line cards Monitor network health dashboards Document lab topology and port mappings Support GPU server connectivity and NIC validation Qualifications: R
