We're looking for an experienced AI Learning Partner to help drive AI capability and adoption across the organization. This role combines expertise in Learning & Development, instructional design, stakeholder engagement, and digital learning to create impactful learning experiences that support practical AI adoption and business transformation. You'll work closely with business leaders, People Partners, and external providers to build scalable AI learning solutions that enable employees to use AI effectively in their day-to-day work. What You'll Be Doing: AI Learning Strategy & Enablement Partner with business leaders to identify AI capability gaps and learning priorities. Build and deliver scalable AI learning programs, roadmaps, and enablement initiatives. Support enterprise-wide AI adoption through practical, workflow-based learning solutions. Create toolkits, playbooks, and resources that help employees apply AI effectively in their roles. Learning Experience Design Design engaging digital and blended learning experiences focused on AI capability development. Develop role-based learning pathways across workshops, self-paced learning, peer learning, and live sessions. Curate content from internal experts, external vendors, and digital learning platforms.
