VP, Information Technology Denver, CO (Greenwood Village) Job Description The Vice President, Information Technology will be responsible for the direction, development, and implementation of the company's networks, systems, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and compliance. This role requires a leader with deep technology understanding. Responsibilities Leadership: Develop and execute the overall IT plan, aligned with budget and goals. Budget Management: Manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective solutions. Team Management: Win the hearts and minds of a high-performing team of 40 technology professionals. This includes defining the organizational structure, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and customer/business-centric service delivery. Cybersecurity: Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect the company's data and systems from threats. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in SOX 404, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and NIST. Qualifications & Skills Technical Acumen: The successful candidate is not just technically proficient - they are passionate about pushing IT to its highest potential. They bring a relentless drive to evolve systems, infrastructure, and platforms to best-in-class standards, and can demonstrate a track record of building technology that delivers real business value. Deep expertise in networks, Workday, SOX 404, IT Systems, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS) is required. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership or VP-level executive
