Here's your chance. 🏗️ About the role We are looking for a hands-on IT and security professional to own everything: device management, user onboarding, compliance programmes, and customer-facing SSO configuration. You will be joining a lean, fast-moving team and building the internal infrastructure that lets us scale without breaking. You'll be responsible for: - Owning internal IT operations. Device provisioning and management across a Mac fleet using Jamf. Google Workspace administration. SaaS access management, software licensing, and IT asset inventory. User onboarding and offboarding, end to end. - Building our security and compliance posture. ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 programmes. Security policies, awareness, and audit processes. Security questionnaires from enterprise prospects. You will own compliance as a function, not just a checklist. - Managing customer-facing SSO. Enterprise SSO setup and configuration (SAML/OIDC) for our customers. Managing the technical back-and-forth with customer IT and security teams. Working with engineers to automate what is currently a manual process. This is increasingly critical
