Who You Are Sila's Manufacturing Engineering team in Moses Lake is seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to support the reliable operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Sila's first-in-class Silicon Carbon anode manufacturing process. This role blends advanced mechanical design, hands-on troubleshooting, fabrication expertise, and equipment reliability engineering. The ideal candidate brings strong CAD and drafting capabilities, practical industrial experience, and a deep commitment to safety and functional design. You will work both independently and cross-functionally to solve complex operational challenges, develop practical engineering solutions, and support R&D and production initiatives.
