About this role

Director, GTM Architecture San Francisco, CA At Sigma, our GTM stack is our product's first and most important proving ground. The Director, GTM Architect is the lead architect of our revenue engine - responsible for the technical design, integration logic, and data integrity of the entire GTM ecosystem. This is not a traditional ops role. We're looking for a builder-first leader: someone who views the tech stack not as a collection of apps, but as a scalable, automated platform for growth. Reporting directly to our VP of Revenue Operations, you'll define the architectural strategy for how Sigma goes to market - owning the technical vision and translating it into the systems, integrations, and automation that power every stage of our revenue motion. What You'll Own: GTM System Architecture - Design and maintain the end-to-end architecture of the GTM stack (Sigma, Salesforce, Clay, Outreach, LeanData, Zoominfo, and others), ensuring systems are extensible, resilient, and aligned to revenue strategy. - Architect signal-based lead and account routing, territory management, and opportunity orchestration - ensuring the right signals reach the right reps at the right time. - Partner with Data Engineering to build internal, Sigma-powered replacements for legacy SaaS tools, migrating logic into the data warehouse where it delivers more flexibility and lower cost.
