Growth Marketer Remote - USA | Remote Sift is building a safer internet, and marketing plays a critical role in how we bring that mission to market. We are looking for a Growth Campaign Manager to help drive web inbound lead volume, new logo acquisition, and measurable pipeline impact through integrated digital, social, email, third-party, and selective field marketing programs. This role is ideal for a marketer who combines digital demand generation, campaign execution, social/channel amplification, analytical rigor, and a strong AI-enabled mindset. You will help bring Sift's thought leadership and campaign messaging to market across paid and organic channels, while using AI-enabled workflows to improve audience research, campaign planning, content iteration, testing, reporting, and execution speed. You will partner closely with Growth, Content, Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to plan and execute programs that increase awareness, drive traffic and engagement, improve conversion, and contribute to new logo pipeline. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and operate AI-powered campaign workflows that automate targeting, personalization, content iteration, and follow-up across the full funnel. - Help increase web inbound lead volume across paid and organic digital channels, email, social, third-party programs, and relevant follow-up motions. - Serve as a central campaign operator, coordinating messaging, timing, budgets, audiences, and execution across stakeholders and channels. - Develop prompt libraries, campaign playbooks, and AI-assisted briefs that accelerate execution and improve consistency across channels. - Own select demand generation programs including third-party campaigns such as content syndication, sponsored newsletters, sponsored content, and other scalable
