We are seeking a key Lead FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Business Partner to support our Product Organization . You will be the financial architect embedded within our Product and Engineering teams, helping to steer the ship for our flagship products, payments platforms, and international expansion initiatives. Responsibilities You will serve as the strategic "co-pilot" to our Product leaders, ensuring that our innovation is backed by rigorous financial logic and high-yield ROI. - Strategic Business Partnering: Act as the primary financial advisor to the Product Organization. You'll translate complex product roadmaps into financial forecasts and help leaders make data-driven decisions on resource allocation. - Go-To-Market (GTM) Support: Partner with the Product Marketing and commercial teams to build financial models for new product launches, tracking payback periods, LTV:CAC, and attach rates. - Full-Cycle Financial Management: Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for the Product org. You'll own the "why" behind the numbers, providing deep-dive variance analysis that goes beyond the spreadsheet. - Performance Metrics & Reporting: Develop and monitor KPIs specific to our verticals and product-level
