About the role: As a Business Development Manager - Commercial Broker, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with large commercial broking firms. The role focuses on supporting brokers across application management, deal structuring, and credit qualification, with the objective of growing share of wallet across Shift's cashflow and asset finance products. You will act as a trusted partner to brokers, providing commercial insight, credit support, and tailored solutions aligned to Shift's risk appetite.
