About the Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated Human Resources Intern who is best in class with a high IQ plus a high EQ. The right candidate will help us develop our recruiting best practices and ensure every candidate has a world-class experience. What You'll Do: • Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System • Schedule and perform phone screens • Help implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy • Assist in building an event calendar, including career fairs, campus onsite visits, and networking meetups • Assist with candidate pipeline reporting and analysis What We Look For: • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline • Background and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development • Interest in startups • Hard-working, determined, ambitious, self-motivated, and a can-do attitude!
