EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW Based from our Finham (Coventry) or Tamworth office, the Senior Programme Manager will lead an integrated team to deliver portfolios and programmes of work within Severn Trent's Capital Investment Programme. You will lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, working with key stakeholders to deliver assigned projects to time and budget, continuously challenging and innovating to improve performance and drive continuous improvement. You will provide robust leadership to enable design, procurement and construction of multiple projects as well as nurturing the development of your team and their success. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You will have a proven track record of successfully leading the delivery of large, complex and multi-disciplinary projects, with extensive experience of managing a disparate set of stakeholders at all levels to deliver on programme objectives.
