LET'S TELL YOU MORE In this role you will manage a team of Resourcing Business Partners and Consultants who support a diverse range of our business areas. You'll coach and support them to make sure we are attracting and recruiting the very best diverse talent out there. You'll also work closely with the HRBP team and senior stakeholders in the business to proactively plan their resourcing activity so that we can meet their future requirement with the very best diverse talent. Each area will have a different challenge which will require you to think about new attraction strategies, new talent options and how we compete with other employers. You'll need to be experienced in dealing with senior stakeholders, know your way around recruitment and will have done workforce planning before. Personally, you'll be curious and be determined with a 'can do' attitude. You'll also take pride in coaching and helping your team grow.
