LET'S CUT STRAIGHT TO IT We're looking for a Lead Project Manager to drive the delivery of our DSEAR compliance programme across Severn Trent Water and Hafren Dyfrdwy. This is a high-impact role leading a team and supply chain partners to deliver statutory inspections, remedials, and capital works safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements. What you'll be doing Lead delivery of the DSEAR compliance programme, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory adherence Manage internal teams and framework contractors across multi-site projects Oversee operational and capital investment delivery within budget Provide DSEAR subject matter expertise across wastewater, water treatment, and bioresources Drive supplier performance, contract management, and continuous improvement Manage risk, compliance reporting, KPIs, and stakeholder engagement at all levels You'll work within our Health, Safety, Security and Wellbeing team.
