We enable customers to design what they want, when they want it and deliver harness builds at record-breaking speed. We're hiring a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on the shop floor, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-time production while building a high-performance, accountable technician team. This role is critical to scaling our manufacturing operations and bridging execution between production, engineering, and quality. You'll be hands-on in the factory, driving output, resolving issues in real time, and setting the standard for performance, professionalism, and culture on the floor. What you'll own: Production Execution & Floor Leadership - Maintain a consistent presence on the shop floor to support technicians, unblock issues, and ensure production is tracking to plan - Lead daily shift standups and participate in production and leadership meetings to align on priorities, risks, and output targets - Set and communicate daily and weekly production goals in partnership with scheduling and production planning - Ensure all work is completed on time and to specification - Drive production flow, balancing throughput, quality, and efficiency across your area - Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality to resolve issues and minimize production interruptions Team Leadership & Performance Management - Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians with clear expectations around performance, quality,
