Business Systems Analyst - Enterprise Technology Austin, TX, Austin, Texas, United States Saronic Technologies is a leader in revolutionizing autonomy at sea, dedicated to developing state-of-the-art solutions that enhance maritime operations through autonomous and intelligent platforms. We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Mission Systems organization. This role blends a traditional Business Analyst position with light Scrum Master responsibilities and focuses on ensuring clarity of requirements, strong delivery execution, and effective cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and enterprise technology teams to ensure initiatives are well-defined and delivered without disruption due to missing or unclear details. The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented, proactive, and experienced working on projects involving enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Slack, without requiring hands-on configuration or development experience in those tools. Responsibilities - Requirements Elicitation and Documentation: Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Ensure requirements are complete, unambiguous, and ready for development. - Delivery Support and Coordination: Act as a delivery partner to product owners and delivery teams, ensuring scope, dependencies, assumptions, and integration touchpoints are clearly understood and actively managed throughout the project lifecycle. - Agile and Scrum Support: Support Agile teams by facilitating or assisting with backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as needed to maintain effective sprint execution. - Backlog Management: Work with product owners to groom and prioritize the backlog,
