About This Job This position is on-site and will be located at our HQ in San Diego, California. Axos is seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst (TBA) with expertise in system analysis of software programs, applications, and web services. This role bridges business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring that product development aligns with Axos' strategic objectives in financial services. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Development, and Architecture teams to define, document, and refine technical solutions & strategies, supporting a microservices-based architecture and seamless system integration. Responsibilities: Develops strategies for optimization and to improve efficiency and productivity of all systems. Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Architecture Team, to document high-level technical specifications and Proof of Concepts (POCs). Work closely with Product BAs to define and document both technical and non-functional requirements. Translate business requirements into user stories and detailed documentation for technical implementation by development teams. Partner with the Software Development Manager and Technical Leads to develop low-level documentation. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on specific software systems, providing technical insights
