Monitor revenue, process RMA's, sample requests, create invoices for certain accounts as needed and resolve other daily sales operations issues. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Support foundry account managers, HQ and customers-answer questions, resolve issues. Customer order and delivery schedule management. Track and manage customer purchase orders, including expediting orders, verifying pricing, working with logistics team to ensure product is shipped quickly and efficiently to customers. Monitor revenue and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung's credit department. Responds to customer inquiries of delivery status, shipments, RMA, and others. Partner with Account Managers to establish new accounts/engagements. Aggregate customer and sales forecast; enter data into the Demand Planning
