As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you'll contribute to the growth and reputation of Salesforce as a leader in the industry. We are seeking a passionate B2C Commerce Architect with significant experience in delivering B2C Commerce Cloud solutions to large enterprise organizations. Responsibilities: As a Commerce Cloud Success Architect, you will: Customer Engagement: Engage with our Signature Success Plan customers through a high-velocity advisory model across multiple concurrent engagements. You'll provide strategic consultation and recommendations, for customers to implement independently, across technical architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution design specific to B2C Commerce. Lead with Expertise: Serve as a trusted Commerce Cloud SME for our broader Cloud Success organization, providing proactive and reactive Architecture, Solution Strategy, Thought Leadership, and Product expertise. Communication Mastery: Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, ranging from Technical and Business stakeholders to Executive Leadership, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in crucial conversations. Innovation and Problem Solving: Identify and evaluate capability gaps, recommending standard product enhancements or creative custom solutions to maximize customer success and adoption.
