Owens & Minor is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and will participate in designing, developing, and managing the order management system ( OMS ) within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform to ensure seamless customer experience. This position will be remotely based in India. Responsibilities Aspects of what we need Solution Implementation: Monitoring and optimizing OMS performance to ensure fast order processing Strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture, development tools, and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement concepts and communicate outcomes to stakeholders on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform by utilizing front-end and back-end skills to create functional on-line stores OMS workflows covering Sales, Return, Exchange, Transfer, and Procurement scenarios Knowledge of OMS processes and how OMS interacts and integrates with larger technical landscape (Commerce, Service, ERP/Fulfillment, Third party - Fraud, Payment, Tax etc.) Be able to come up with OMS Test Scenarios and test cases Ability to translate business requirements into technical
