This role is designed for sales professionals who combine deep technical expertise with exceptional business acumen and a passion for helping customers transform engagement through AI and data-driven solutions. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic customer relationships, and helping organizations solve complex business challenges through Agentforce or Data Cloud. You will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives, develop compelling points of view, and demonstrate how Salesforce's AI and data platform capabilities can drive measurable outcomes. This role requires a consultative, value-based sales approach and the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders. Successful candidates will possess a strong understanding of modern cloud technologies, AI-driven solutions, customer engagement strategies, and enterprise sales methodologies. Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition and expansion opportunities for Agentforce Nonprofit accounts. Identify, develop, and close complex enterprise sales opportunities through strategic prospecting and customer engagement. Partner closely with Salesforce account teams to identify opportunities and accelerate Agentforce and Data Cloud adoption across existing and new customers. Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand customer business challenges, technical environments, and strategic objectives.
