Solutions Immersion Solution Engineer Australia - Sydney; Australia - Melbourne About the Role As a Solutions Immersion Solution Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of how Salesforce helps customers truly adopt and consume our technology. This isn't a traditional SE role - it's a creative, customer-facing, cross-cloud position focused on designing and delivering immersive, interactive experiences that move customers from curiosity to confidence with Salesforce AI and platform capabilities. You'll own the Hands-on Training program for Specialist Clouds ANZ, bringing structure, consistency, and energy to workshops that directly drive consumption and adoption across our customer base. What You'll Do Coordinate and orchestrate visionary customer workshops and hands-on training sessions that inspire and accelerate Salesforce adoption Design and facilitate Discovery & Strategy workshops that help customers articulate their goals and map a path forward Manage and standardise content, demo orgs, and visionary customer initiatives cross-cloud - working closely with specialists and SE teams to keep content sharp and relevant Create compelling content and hands on interactive experiences for Consumption and Adoption workshops that reflect the new reality of selling and buying AI Understand Salesforce adoption paths, customer maturity frameworks and create and manage relevant content Maintain a central repository and calendar of all Hands-on Training programs across ANZ, ensuring visibility and alignment across clouds and teams Promote and educate both customers and internal teams (including AEs) on available workshop paths, programs, and how to engage Coordinate logistics with Marketing to ensure seamless event planning and execution Align and collaborate with the
