Senior Technical Architect - Manufacturing/ CG Cloud India - Gurgaon; India - Mumbai Role Overview We are seeking a visionary Senior Technical Architect with a deep specialization in the Retail and Consumer Goods (RCG) sector and mastery of the Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you won't just be designing systems; you will be a Trusted Advisor, guiding our premier RCG clients through complex digital transformations. You will bridge the gap between ambitious business goals and robust technical execution, maintaining a "Full Stack Mindset" that covers everything from high-level discovery to hands-on deployment. Core Responsibilities Architectural Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions specifically tailored for RCG challenges (e.g., Trade Promotion Management, Consumer Goods Cloud, Omni-channel commerce). Trusted Advisory: Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders. Proactively suggest best practices based on the "latest and greatest" Salesforce releases (including Data Cloud and Einstein AI). Cross-Cloud Innovation: While rooted in Salesforce, you will explore and integrate solutions across other Industry Clouds and third-party ecosystems to ensure the business receives the most efficient solution. Discovery to Go-Live: Own the technical and functional scope throughout the project lifecycle. This includes leading discovery workshops, defining requirements, and ensuring a smooth transition to Go-Live. Team Orchestration: Provide technical governance and mentorship to large, diverse teams of developers and testers, ensuring code quality and architectural integrity.
