We build brand awareness, strengthen our reputation, drive success for the business and our employees - with an extra dose of fun! Role Description: The Senior Specialist, Employee Communications Japan, Korea & Taiwan is a passionate and creative individual capable of developing, planning, and executing strategic internal communications plans and memorable programs that keep employees across Japan, Korea and Taiwan informed and drive alignment and connection with our business and culture. Managing English to Japanese and Japanese to English translations for various internal communications will also be required. This individual will report to the Director, Employee Communications Japan, Korea & Taiwan and will serve as a communications partner for our business stakeholders - such as our Sales, Human Resources (Employee Success), Finance, Health and Safety team, etc. on planning and executing their respective internal communication activities across the region. We are looking for a collaborative, team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities in a multicultural environment.
