You will lead a high-performing team of TPMs to deliver cross-functional initiatives that merge human ingenuity with AI agents to redefine the commerce lifecycle. This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring a blend of deep technical fluency, operational rigor, and the executive presence to navigate C-suite priorities. You will bridge the gap between bold vision and flawless execution, ensuring Salesforce remains the leader in the agentic enterprise shift. Key Responsibilities Strategic Operating Model: Define and evolve the Commerce Cloud operating model. Align vision, business goals, and resource allocation across global engineering and product cohorts. Executive Stewardship: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and EVP/SVP-level stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making and risk mitigation. Operational Excellence: Drive high-cadence forums and "Deep Dive" reviews to unblock technical hurdles, streamline advance release planning, and ensure business-critical milestones are met. Organizational Transformation: Act as a catalyst for change within Product & Technology, fostering a culture of "Beginner's Mind" innovation while maintaining the rigor of a world-class SaaS delivery engine.
