You will lead a high-performing team of TPMs to deliver cross-functional initiatives that merge human ingenuity with AI agents to redefine the commerce lifecycle. You will bridge the gap between bold vision and flawless execution, ensuring Salesforce remains the leader in the agentic enterprise shift. Key Responsibilities Strategic Operating Model: Define and evolve the Commerce Cloud operating model. Align vision, business goals, and resource allocation across global engineering and product cohorts. Executive Stewardship: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and EVP/SVP-level stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making and risk mitigation. Operational Excellence: Drive high-cadence forums and "Deep Dive" reviews to unblock technical hurdles, streamline advance release planning, and ensure business-critical milestones are met. Organizational Transformation: Act as a catalyst for change within Product & Technology, fostering a culture of "Beginner's Mind" innovation while maintaining the rigor of a world-class SaaS delivery engine. Portfolio Governance: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the Agentforce Commerce Cloud portfolio, ensuring complex dependencies across scrum teams and divisions are seamlessly integrated.
