Senior Account Partner United Kingdom - London Senior Account Partner - Enterprise Banking This is a high-impact role within the growing Enterprise Banking team, focused on Tier 1 enterprise banking accounts. You will own and grow strategic relationships across a defined portfolio of major UK banks, driving digital transformation initiatives and long-term customer value through Salesforce solutions. About the Team You will be part of a specialist Regulated Industries team covering Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Life Sciences, and Ireland. The team is lean, high-performing, and highly collaborative, consisting of five members. Key Responsibilities Own and expand executive relationships across Tier 1 banking clients, acting as a trusted advisor at C-level Drive strategic account planning and execution to deliver sustained revenue growth Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across large enterprise environments Position Salesforce solutions as a driver of business transformation across people, process, and technology Collaborate closely with license sales, Professional Services, and wider internal teams to deliver integrated customer outcomes Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts Maintain consistent overachievement of sales targets and pipeline growth Required Experience & Skills 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales, account management, or consulting Strong background in consulting and/or professional services Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud technologies, CRM, data, and AI Experience working within Financial Services, ideally Banking Strong commercial acumen combined with a customer-centric, value-led mindset Ability to
