Sales Strategy Lead New York - New York; Illinois - Chicago; California - San Francisco Do you enjoy a blend of strategy and operational execution? The Global CRO Business Operations team partners directly with the global sales leadership as a trusted advisor, focused on strategic planning and projects, sales optimization, sales capacity management, and business operational support. In this senior role, you will act as the go-to expert on data and analytics, providing strategic recommendations and insights through compelling, data-driven storytelling to influence key stakeholders. You will collaborate with many cross-functional teams such as finance, employee success, marketing, operations, and others. This is a high-impact role, with constantly evolving priorities and demands. You will think strategically, arrive at a focused execution plan, and lead the plan to fruition, while increasingly setting direction, standardizing how the team works, and mentoring more junior analysts. Example projects range from the very strategic to the very operational business rhythm and focus on many areas, such as Go-To-Market strategy, market segmentation, capacity planning, business metrics design and maintenance, tooling development, and business performance review. Successful candidates will use data to drive insights, provide strategic recommendations, build scalable assets, and guide the charge on execution and organizational change. You will combine intuition for business, innovative inquiry, insights from sales leaders, and curiosity to accomplish meaningful work that uncovers trends and identifies insights delivering impact across the organization.
