RES is seeking a part-time Office Coordinator to support our Nashville, Tennessee office. This role is part time opportunity. This role provides broad administrative support to a team of Project Managers, Regulatory Specialists, Client Solutions Managers, Land Representatives, and other staff, while helping create an efficient, organized, and welcoming office environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, service-oriented, and highly organized, with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. This person will play an important role in maintaining day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative activities, supporting document management, and helping staff stay productive in a fast-paced environment.
