Duties & Responsibilities: The Material Coordinator 2 at Viavi Solutions, LLC is responsible for the efficient and accurate movement, storage, and control of materials within the manufacturing and warehousing environment. This role ensures the timely availability of components and products to support production schedules and customer shipments. Job Responsibilities** Execute daily material handling activities, including receiving, unpacking, inspecting, and storing incoming materials. Perform accurate data entry and updates in the inventory management system (ERP/MRP) for all material transactions. Issue materials to production orders and work centers based on established schedules and requisitions. Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventories to maintain inventory accuracy. Prepare materials for outbound shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and loading. Operate various material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe and efficient manner. Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods,
