THE WORK: This is a rare Chief of Staff opportunity to partner directly with the CEO of a high-growth, industry shaping company operating at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain. The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a fast-paced, high-impact role perfect for a strategic operator who can thoughtfully navigate the complexities of a high-profile, global, multi-product organization. The Chief of Staff will partner with the CEO and the Leadership team to articulate and synchronize priorities, accelerating high quality decision-making, effective execution, and maximizing organizational impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO on internal and externally driven priorities. - Synthesize complex information into pressure tested, hypothesis-driven insights and clear/concise executive recommendations. - Ensure the CEO is up to speed on relevant competitive and industry developments and trends; this goes well beyond summarizing headlines
