We're looking for a hard-working IT Support Specialist to join the team. They will need to be highly motivated and organized, able to work as part of a team. This position will work with the IT Support Manager! WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Provide front-line IT support via walk-ups, tickets, and chat, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs. - Support and troubleshoot SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian Cloud, Slack, and others. - Deliver technical expertise in macOS, Windows, and device/identity management (Azure AD, Jamf, Intune). - Manage employee lifecycle tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and equipment reclamation. - Lead New Hire IT Orientation and provide day-one technical guidance. - Act as the point of contact for conference
