Responsibilities Your Role: The Quality Technician is responsible for inspecting manufacturing processes to ensure that the finished product will comply with quality standards. This position will be involved in the entire course of manufacturing from incoming raw materials, WIP materials to finished goods. In addition, this role is responsible for documenting all observations, test results and ensures control of non-conforming product. You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! Participate in operation and calibration of precision QC instruments and quality information systems including micrometers, scales, balances, Instron's, Spectrometers, Ovens, Force Gages, etc. Ensure compliance with test procedures and equipment within the quality labs and production areas. Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities Perform quality audits of production & charting procedures across all shifts, including identifying improper procedures and taking necessary actions to correct (i.e., train proper procedures, upd
