The Opportunity As our first in-house Legal Counsel, you'll play a key role in building the commercial and legal infrastructure that lets Reducto move fast and grow without unnecessary friction. You'll collaborate closely with the founders and go-to-market team to own contracting end-to-end, serve as a trusted advisor across the business, and build the processes and templates that scale with us. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape how legal operates at Reducto from day one. What You'll Do: - Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts across the business, including enterprise customer agreements, MSAs, SaaS subscriptions, DPAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor contracts, and create new form agreements where none exist - Run high-value, complex negotiations with large enterprise and strategic customers, including FAANG-scale procurement and security and legal review, to accelerate deal velocity without adding friction - Partner closely with the sales team as a responsive, solution-oriented advisor who helps
