Treasury Manager Charlotte, NC This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week. It's with excitement that we are searching for a talented, multi-faceted Treasury Manager to join our finance team. As a direct report of the Corporate Controller, this person will be responsible for partnering in owning strategy, and operational and policy recommendations related to the treasury function for Red Ventures. This includes cash management, cash forecasting/modeling and outgoing wire payment processing. Ideal candidates will possess a fun, positive, energetic attitude and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. This position will have an immediate impact on Red Ventures and daily exposure to our executive leadership team. What You'll Do: - Lead and manage Treasury function within Red Ventures driving process ownership and accountability. - Lead, manage, and develop direct report(s) by setting clear performance expectations, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, supporting career development, managing workload prioritization, and fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment. - Review and approve treasury transactions, including funding wires, cash concentration transfers, debt-related payments, and other non-standard disbursements. - Support resolution of international wire issues, working with internal teams and banking partners to troubleshoot and implement solutions. - Continually
