Director of Agentic Digital Operations | Growth & Transformation Charlotte, NC; New York City, NY This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp. This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and optional remote days on Mondays and Fridays each week. Our RV Growth and Transformation team is seeking a Director of Agentic Digital Operations to serve as a strategic operator and transformation leader at the intersection of AI, digital experience, and business operations. In this role, you'll work with RV senior leaders and partner with Fortune 500 clients to drive growth across their digital experiences while designing and deploying AI-powered (agentic) systems that enable broader business transformation. You will own the overall strategy development, system and workflow design, roadmap definition, enablement, and ongoing operation of client partnerships. You will operate across cross-functional groups (including agentic workforce, data science / AI, compliance, creative, and engineering), with the ability to think at the enterprise level while working deeply in systems, data, and execution. Travel to partner locations is an expected component of this role to support relationship management and business objectives.
