Corporate Development Associate Charlotte, NC This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week. Red Ventures is looking for a deal-oriented, execution-focused Corporate Development Associate to join our multi-faceted Corporate Development team. This is a high-volume, high-accountability role built for someone who thrives on owning the work. You will be the engine behind our M&A, investments, capital structuring, and inorganic growth decisions: vetting targets, keeping workstreams on track, guiding cross-functional teams through end-to-end processes, building financial models, and making sure leadership has what they need to make fast and informed decisions. You will work across transactions ranging from $10M-$2B across technology, financial services, media, telecom, education and travel. Expect significant variety, a fast pace, and real accountability from day one. What You'll Do: - Build and own first-draft financial models, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow models as well as standard valuation analyses, with scenario modeling to stress-test assumptions and surface key value drivers - Maintain and manage the M&A and partnership deal pipeline, keeping records current and flagging high-priority opportunities - Conduct initial screening of inbound and proactively sourced targets, assessing strategic fit, deal size, and financial profile against active investment theses - Manage workstreams end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, HR, Tax, and Operations - Prepare screening memos summarizing key facts, strategic rationale, and
