As a vital contributor to our partner ecosystem, you will be responsible for the following: Partner Lifecycle Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for our delivery partners, building strong relationships and proactively addressing queries. - Oversee the entire partner journey, from onboarding and training to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Operational Excellence - Collaborate with the Alliances Operations Lead to identify, implement, and document new processes to establish and share best practices globally. - Enforce data standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all partner-related data. Resource & Commercial Alignment - Monitor the sales pipeline to forecast partner resource needs, ensuring alignment between sales and delivery teams. - Manage the deployment of partner resources to meet
