WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON You will own the strategy and execution of Qualia's largest revenue product line, Qualia Connect, a platform that brings together disparate parties across the ecosystem to operate in unison. This is a unique opportunity to lead at the intersection of a scaled, market-leading product and a rapidly evolving AI capability set. RESPONSIBILITIES - Set the vision and roadmap for the platform at scale. You will define a long-term product vision for our platform that deepens customer value, unlocks network effects across the real estate ecosystem, and extends our competitive moat. You'll translate market dynamics, customer insights, and emerging technology into a clear roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that deliver step-change improvements in efficiency, collaboration, and user experience across our network of business customers and their counterparties - Drive AI deeper into the platform offering.
