About this role
Director, Product Management, Agency Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States As a Director of Product Management for EverQuote's Agency customers, you play a critical role in delivering products to market that empower local insurance agents to grow their businesses with confidence by making it more efficient to sell insurance. You drive transformative growth for EverQuote via innovative and differentiated product solutions that sit at the heart of our organization's core mission and largest strategic opportunities. In this role you will envision, design, plan, and deliver new products and optimize existing products to enable our local agent customers. You own the roadmap, adoption, operation, business value, and life cycle of all Agency products at EverQuote. You own relationships with the users and customers of your products, you partner with stakeholders to define and execute a strategy that drives value-multiplied outcomes for our business. You are data-driven in your thinking and lead discussions with data. You build partnerships -- up, down, and across the business -- with other Product Managers, Engineers, Sales & Support, Analysts, and various Business stakeholders. You define metrics to measure progress and value of output and regularly provide direct visibility to senior leadership on all aspects of your product(s). As a Director of Product Management, you are comfortable with ambiguity and possess an ownership mentality to drive meaningful outcomes for the business and our Agency customers. You are analytical and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You communicate proactively with clarity, both orally and in writing, and excel in stakeholder relationship management.
