Role Overview We are seeking a Director of Payments Growth, Product-Led Growth to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of payments within our Joist and Invoice Simple platforms. This role will sit at the intersection of product, payments, and go-to-market strategy, with a mandate to accelerate product-led adoption and monetization of payments. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep experience in embedded payments, SaaS monetization, and product-led growth (PLG), with a proven track record of scaling payments adoption and revenue across SMB-focused platforms. Key Responsibilities Payments Strategy & Vision o Define and own the end-to-end payments strategy for Joist and Invoice Simple, ensuring alignment with EverCommerce's overall payments and fintech roadmap. o Identify new opportunities for embedded financial products (ACH, instant payouts, wallets, BNPL, etc.) tailored to trades and small business customers. Product-Led Growth Execution o Develop and execute PLG motions
