What you'll do The Field Operations Manager is responsible for leading the on-site deployment of Pronto's autonomous haulage system at a mining operation in Saudi Arabia. This role serves as the bridge between Pronto's technology teams and the customer's mine operations, ensuring successful implementation and integration into daily production activities. Project Delivery & Leadership Deliver deployment activities according to agreed performance metrics Ensure successful integration of autonomous systems into production workflows Monitor project progress and escalate technical or operational risks Manage on-site field engineers and technicians Oversee scheduling, safety compliance, and overall team performance Coordinate site logistics and operational readiness Strategic Liaison Act as the central communication hub between the customer site and Pronto HQ, providing regular progress reports and escalating technical or operational blockers. Ensure customer commitments for infrastructure, equipment, and resources are met Operational Integration Work with customers to set up or modify existing operational processes to accommodate autonomous haulage.
