Your Impact As a Solutions Engineer, you act as the technical heart of customer relationships, orchestrating Cisco's full portfolio to deliver transformative business outcomes. Lead end-to-end technical strategies for strategic accounts to align customer business goals with multi-architecture solutions spanning networking, security, and cloud. Architect comprehensive and validated platforms to provide the resilient and observable bedrock necessary for successful customer AI initiatives. Execute customized demonstrations and proofs-of-value to showcase how Cisco's technology solves critical business problems and accelerates digital maturity. Mentor the broader engineering community to elevate technical excellence and foster the development of the next generation of talent. Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering or similar customer-facing technical role. 5+ years of deep technical knowledge across at least two of the following areas: Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Security, or Collaboration. Experience architecting multi-vendor or multi-architecture technology
