Business Analyst Centro Europa 004 | Posting Country Puerto Rico General Description Proactively evaluate and test solutions which will result in operational efficiencies within the Operations unit. Proactively design and improve processes with a human centered approach aiming to improve the quality of products and services, achieve cost reductions, and increase efficiency, while ensuring workers experience, safety, and complying with government regulations. Supports the team's effectiveness by enabling them to improve their practices and delivery processes within the Agile framework. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Identify areas of opportunity and lead process improvement or process design projects to identify efficiencies and cost reduction opportunities. Apply new technologies as well as re-think the business and operating models. Integrate Lean or Six Sigma methodologies and tools with human centered design topics, as needed. Analyze data with Lean or Six Sigma tools and knowledge (i.e., Statistical Process Control, Regression, Process Capability, Pareto Charts, among others) to define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), uncover opportunities, track processes performance, and drive decision making. Focus on operational efficiencies that will result in an increase in the business. Establish communication with different areas, including the systems group, to meet the business' objectives.
