Routing powers the backbone of the modern internet, and IIoT is transforming industries - from manufacturing to energy infrastructure and beyond. We are a collaborative, cross-functional group focused on driving operational excellence, strategic clarity, and effective communication across the Routing and IIoT businesses. In business operations, you will support a wide range of operational initiatives, helping teams work smarter, communicate more effectively, and deliver results. You'll collaborate across functions (often directly with executives), contribute to strategic projects, and develop a strong foundation in how a world-class technology company operates. This is an exciting early-in-career opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of writing, project coordination, and business process improvement. Your Impact Support and contribute to business operations programs, initiatives, and projects Draft, edit, and refine business documents, including project plans, executive-level presentations and summaries, and stakeholder communications Develop a growing understanding of Cisco's business objectives, products, services, and customers Assist in project management activities such as tracking milestones, maintaining project timelines, coordinating meeting agendas
