WHAT YOU'LL DO As a System Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Technology, and other stakeholders to execute a platform strategy and roadmap for Workday. Specifically, you will: • Serve as the primary application support partner for Payroll and HR, providing expert support across compensation, benefits, absence, time tracking, and Workday Payroll, Security, and integrations, while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance. • Execute ongoing system configuration changes, such as business processes, foundational data, and security model updates, and participate in the bi weekly Agile sprint development process for Tier 3 requests and feature enhancements, adhering to SDLC methodology
